Returns

You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
• Original packaging, accessories, and tags must be included.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Personalized items, gift cards, clearance items, and products damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 15 minutes after placement. Once an order enters processing or has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Refunds

After your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged during transit, or the incorrect item was delivered.
